Description:
Job Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development - Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus. - Familiarity with Force.com IDE, Workbench, Visual Studio, and other development tools. - Experience in production environment management, deployment techniques & processes - Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues - Excellent communication & active listening skills in English - Autonomous & proactive, Team player - Ability to adapt and show resilience in challenging situations - Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work on time Responsibilities : - Developing customized solutions within NESS Salesforce platform that meet business requirements (specifically: Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) using both code or declarative development - Create and maintain Salesforce customizations, such as: Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. - Understand and apply design patterns, object-oriented programming, and data structures. - Ensure security implementation, manage large data volumes, and oversee data migration. - Handle asynchronous operations, component lifecycle management, and order of execution. - Configure and customize Salesforce including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. - Manage Salesforce security settings, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and authentication settings. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, etc.). - Manage data using tools like Data Loader and ensure data integrity with duplicate management and validation rules. - Debug and troubleshoot using tools like Apex Debug Logs and deployment tools. - Ensure code quality with tools like PMD and Vera Code. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools using ETL and CTI. - Manage deployments using tools like Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Copado, DevOps or Bitbucket. - Adhere to Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies. - Document solutions and processes (ref:hirist.tech)
