You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Core, MVVM, Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Graph, Rest APIs, SQL, AWS, and Azure.Key Duties :- Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, IoT, and infrastructure teams.- Drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications, ensuring scalability, security,and performance.- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to identify technology trends, emerging tools, and platforms that can enhance our products and services.- Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of technology frameworks, tools, and platforms to optimize development processes and improve overall efficiency.- Lead and manage a dynamic development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.- Drive the design and implementation of mobile applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Maui.- Architect and develop desktop and responsive web applications using .Net, C#, PHP, Python, Java, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular/React, and Nodejs.- Implement cross-platform development and responsive design principles for enhanced user experiences.- Provides the leadership & structure to ensure technology solutions are accurate, on-time and meet the needs of business and customers by managing resources, coordinating projects, and participating in the Agile ceremonies with the development team.- Leads through examples on complex development tasks. Tackles the most complex development tasks.- Leads code review activities and responsible for approving code in the workflow.- Reports on team and individual effectiveness using KPIs and standard Agile sprint metrics. Performs continuous improvement activities around the metrics.- Empowers the team to be Agile and to use Agile best practices.- Calculates and enters time for Enterprise Project Management resource planning.- Leads task estimation work, ensuring estimates are as accurate for project and backlog work.- Ensures solutions are resilient, scalable, and performant.- Ensures the right level of documentation is produced for all project work.- Works with Application Admin team to schedule releases. Creates Change Requests to support team deployment activities. Leads release activities.- Prioritizes support requests. Ensures timely resolution.- Responsible for on-call issue escalation.- Performs related work as apparent or assigned.- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue management systems (e.g., Jira) to facilitate collaborative development.- Ensure the adherence to mobile and web security best practices throughout the development process.- Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.- Lead and guide successful software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging strong analytical skills to make critical decisions under pressure.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, promoting innovation within the team and aligning technology strategies with business objectives.- Provides day to day leadership to ensure the team understands and executes the goals set out by the agile team.Project Planning and Management :- Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, and resource requirements.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives.- Implement project management methodologies to effectively track and manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables.- Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address potential issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.Team Collaboration and Leadership :- Foster a collaborative environment within the development team, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and career growth.- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a balanced workload for team members.Stakeholder Engagement :- Collaborate with stakeholders, including client/company business leaders and product managers, to understand requirements and expectations.- Communicate project progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.Quality Assurance and Testing :- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Collaborate with testing teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies.- Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly.Budget Oversight :- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets.- Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met.- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.Continuous Improvement :- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the development lifecycle.- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team.Service and Product Industry Alignment :- Understand the specific needs and challenges of both service and product-oriented industries.- Tailor technology solutions to align with industry trends and requirements.- Ensure that technology initiatives contribute to enhancing both service delivery and product development.Risk Management :- Identify potential risks associated with technology projects and implement strategies to mitigate them.- Maintain a proactive approach to risk management, addressing issues before they escalate.- Work with relevant stakeholders to create contingency plans for critical project components.Client and Customer Satisfaction:- Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client requirements and expectations.- Ensure that technology solutions meet or exceed client expectations.- Solicit and incorporate feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement.Documentation and Reporting :- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.- Provide regular and transparent reporting on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience and demonstrated expertise in software development.- Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, orMaui.- Extensive experience in designing and implementing responsive web applications using.Net, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Nodejs.- Familiarity with cross-platform development and responsive design principles.- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue management systems (e.g.,Jira).- Understanding of mobile and web security best practices.Preferred Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of leading successful software development projects.- Passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
