Description:
We are looking for a skilled Java Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, software architecture, and design patterns, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Java Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our Java applications.Key Responsibilities :Architecture Design and Planning :- Define and document the overall architecture for Java-based applications, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.Technical Leadership :- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.Solution Implementation :- Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, including designing and developing core components and modules of Java applications.- Ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.Performance Optimization :- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of Java applications through code refactoring, tuning, and optimization techniques.- Conduct performance analysis and profiling to identify opportunities for improvement.Integration and Interoperability :- Design and implement integration solutions to enable seamless communication and interoperability between Java applications and other systems or services.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate integration technologies and protocols.Security and Compliance :- Implement security best practices and standards to protect Java applications from security threats and vulnerabilities.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6 to 10 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on architecture and design.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Experience with enterprise-scale application development and deployment.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
