Databricks Role Overview :As a Data Engineer specializing in Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clients to leverage the Databricks platform for extracting actionable insights from their data. From designing and implementing scalable data pipelines to optimizing workflows and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will drive the successful delivery of data engineering solutions that drive business value.Required Skills : Proficiency in Databricks and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure (Preferable), or GCP, with hands-on experience deploying and managing data solutions and associated services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery) Experience with DevOps tools and practices for automation, continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure management. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or SQL for data processing, manipulation, and analysis. Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed computing concepts, including familiarity with Apache Spark. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a team towards achieving common goals and delivering exceptional results. Experience designing and building Databricks data products Experience in owning, designing and implementing data pipelines ingesting enterprise levels of data volume with strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, data integration, and ETL processes Ability to write production-grade code including automated testing and able to deploy code via CI/CD platforms (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Educational Qualification :BE/B.Tech./Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics (ref:hirist.tech)
