Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle Fusion SCM Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring their supply chain needs are met through effective use of the platform.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics modules.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable configurations within Oracle Fusion SCM.- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM functionality to optimize supply chain processes and meet business objectives.- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution.- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion SCM consultants, providing guidance and technical expertise.- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the new Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.- Provide ongoing support to end-users after the implementation is complete.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion SCM features and best practices.- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency through the use of Oracle Fusion SCM.- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion SCM with existing systems.Qualifications :Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP modules, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.- 2+ years of experience as a functional lead in the implementation of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM solutions.- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion application functionality, particularly within the SCM domain.- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet specific business needs.- Excellent understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Experience with data migration and integration techniques.- Experience with Oracle Fusion development tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
