Description:
Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Knowledge on AWS resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, etc., as per project requirements- Knowledge on AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch monitor the health, performance, and availability of AWS resources. Respond to alerts promptly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.- Perform routine maintenance tasks and implement improvements to enhance system performance.- Knowledge on automating routine tasks using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC). This includes creating templates for deploying infrastructure and managing changes.- Knowledge on setting up backup and disaster recovery strategies using AWS services like AWS Backup, S3 versioning, and multi-AZ deployments for high availability.- Knowledge on Linux is must.- Knowledge on incident tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow (for experience candidate)- Knowledge on Kubernetes and docker is optional.- Need to work 24X7 support environment and rotational shifts (ref:hirist.tech)
