Overview : We are seeking a talented Oracle APEX Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle APEX Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the scalability and performance of our applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities : - Application Development : Design, develop, and implement robust Oracle APEX applications to meet business requirements.- Database Design : Collaborate with database administrators and stakeholders to design efficient database schemas and optimize performance.- Front-end Development : Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks within the Oracle APEX environment.- Backend Development : Develop and optimize PL/SQL code for backend processes, data manipulation, and business logic implementation.- Integration : Integrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.- Quality Assurance : Perform thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs, ensure functionality, and maintain high quality.- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.- Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for existing Oracle APEX applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.- Performance Optimization : Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Oracle APEX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of APEX applications.- Proficiency in Oracle Database technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.- Solid understanding of web development concepts and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.-Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert) are a plus.Location : HyderabadMode of Work : Hybrid (ref:hirist.tech)
