Description:
Job Title : AI/ML EngineerResponsibilities :Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges, enhance product offerings, and improve customer experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate ML/AI systems into scalable, production-level solutions.Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our processes and products.Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques.Participate in research and development (R&D) activities to explore new ideas and innovative approaches to complex problems.Document and present model development, testing, and deployment processes to stakeholders.Requirements :Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related areas.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.Experience with data processing and analysis tools like SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Desirable Skills :Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.Experience in deploying ML models in production environments.
