Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled GCP Dataflow Engineer to join our team. As a GCP Dataflow Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data processing pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Apache Beam and Dataflow. You will leverage your expertise in Java programming, data processing concepts, and GCP technologies to design and implement efficient and scalable data processing solutions.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using Apache Beam and Google Cloud Dataflow.- Utilize your proficiency in Java ecosystems, including OOPs patterns, writing reusable Java libraries, concurrency patterns, MVC patterns, and JDBC, to implement robust and efficient code.- Implement clean and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Utilize code versioning tools like Git for efficient collaboration and version control.- Leverage your experience with GCP services to design and implement data processing solutions that meet business requirements.- Hands-on knowledge of Apache Beam, Dataflow, Beam SQL, and GSUtil commands for efficient data processing and manipulation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data processing pipelines with other systems and applications.- Act as a subject matter expert on GCP Dataflow and related technologies, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.Skillset :- Proficient in Java ecosystems, OOPs patterns, and concepts.- Strong experience in writing reusable Java libraries and implementing concurrency patterns.- Familiarity with MVC patterns and JDBC for database interactions.- Ability to write clean and maintainable code, with experience using code versioning tools like Git.- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly GCP Dataflow and Apache Beam.- Experience with Beam SQL and GSUtil commands for data manipulation and management.- Knowledge of REST API development, BigQuery, and Airflow is a plus.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on data processing.- 1+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Dataflow and Apache Beam.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
