About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C++ Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance, reliable software applications. You will leverage your expertise in C++ and system programming to design, build, test, and optimize critical software components.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.- Implement performance and quality modules to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the software.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs within the codebase, and devise effective solutions to address them.- Collaborate with the development team to maintain code quality, organization, and automation throughout the development lifecycle.Skills and Qualifications :- Strong proficiency in C++, with a solid understanding of the language specification and its nuances.- In-depth knowledge of the C++ Standard Library (STL) containers, algorithms, and memory management principles.- Experience with dynamic polymorphism and advanced C++ features like friend classes and templates.- Familiarity with C++11 and later standards is a plus.- (Optional) Experience in embedded systems design, including low-level hardware interaction.- (Optional) Knowledge of low-level threading primitives and real-time environments.- (Optional) Understanding of system call wrapper library functions and component data sheets/specifications.- Experience with implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests using industry-standard frameworks.- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.- Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) practices.
