Candidate needs to be very very independent. It is a more senior role to drive the analytics side of Plutora. 2. Majorly person needs to be hands-on Tableau data analysts on-premise Server and should know upcoming trends on AI/ML and analytics3. SQL/Postgress scripting, Query Optimization4. Can suggest improvements on ETL (SQL based) and can maintain them hands on5. JavaScript (to handle Ext.JS) knowledge is required6. Would be working on Airflow (Python) workflows, so understanding would be helpful7. Person should be suggesting changes towards AI/ML in future, so needs to have deep interest in that areaOn the soft skill side, we would like to have teamwork, communication, follow-through to be strong. Person should be fairly independent and take initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Manage and work on the day to day tasks (technical and non-technical) to ensure on time delivery and high quality releases of new features, enhancements, and support fixesManage the entire reporting and analytics product life cycle including backlog management, production support fixes and on-time release deliveryDriving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing, Customer Success) through customer requirements, product development, and market positioningImplement product delivery plans working with all departments to executeDefine product release requirements via user stories at a tech level around the BI space.Hands-on delivery with product design/architecture and in some cases code/configuration implementationWork with infrastructure to define best practice data architecture and deliveryServe as internal evangelist for the product who is always approachableEnsure technical documentation is created and maintainedAdhere to all coding standards and contribute to their enhancementAssist other team members though the release process including design stages and PRsComply with all Company policies and proceduresSkills (include the minimum required skills) :Strong experience using SQLExperience with Tableau (desktop and web versions)Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) or strong desire to research and learn these skills.
