Exp : 12 to 15 yrsSkill : SAP Manager( Technical + People manager)Location : Chennai/ KolkataWork mode : Hybrid(Work from office for 2 days)SAP App Dev ManagerJob Description :SAP App Dev Manager will be responsible for delivering projects adhering to established processes and simultaneously handling critical situations. Candidate will be willing to take up challenges, understand key business areas, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solution sustainable, and develop competency for the team. He/she will have the skills required to become a successful technical architect and be part of/lead complex global implementations.Qualifications Required :- Bachelors or Masters Degree- 10+ years of relevant experience working on implementation and support engagements- Expert in understanding the ABAP technical development for common domains in SAP- Experience in managing large teams implementing ABAP solutions in complex IT landscapes.- Proven ability to lead, coach and provide leadership to staff, including development of goals, objectives and performance success criteria- Strong hands on ABAP development and testing experience including leading ABAP teams- Proficiency in ABAP & Object-Oriented ABAP and has knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Reports (including ALV), Interfaces (file based, Optional - BAPI, IDOC, ALE etc.), Enhancements, Forms ( Adobe Forms), Workflow, Dialog programming- Has working knowledge of ABAP on HANA concepts like, code push down, AMDP, CDS views, Annotations, OData Services- Technical experience on at least four implementation project and/or support projects- Good understanding of the functional end to end process in at least two areas like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Supply chain or individual modules like SD/MM/FI/PP/WM/EWM etc- Experience of working in both small and large teams- Strong communication skills- Exposure to agile development methodology (ref:hirist.tech)
