Team handling experience in the previous role on/off site Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. To handle walk-in customers at the Site Office. Assist residential/corporate customers with real estate requirements. Accompany customers for site visits and coordinate pre/post site visits. Should have a creative and result-oriented approach to serving customers. Ability to communicate, present and influence the buyers for buying the property. Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending, and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies. Should have effective communication skills to convince the customer for buying the property.
