Description:
Job Description :- AWS technologies such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Athena,Glue, etc, Python, SQL- Bioinformatics or Life science experience Mandate- Programming experience with SQL and Python.- Strong Hands-on experience in built/deploy of end-to-end project.- Experience in ETL processing in AWS cloud, experience in works on orchestration tools preferably Airflow.- Strong working experience in data lakes and data concepts.- Advanced administration experience with AWS PaaS DB offerings such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache RedShift, and IaaS options i.e. Databases provisioned on EC2 instances.- Experience in managing operational support and implementation of large-scale, enterprise level solutions.- Oversees and provides technical direction in design, install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, test, monitor, and analyze the performance of the AWS Data Instances including AWS Postgres and SQL Server . - Provide detailed usage, storage, and system performance to management.- Design data models, implement, automate (ref:hirist.tech)
