Job Title : SAP FICO ConsultantLocation : Bengaluru, IndiaExperience : 5 to 10 yearsJob Type : Full-time Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP FICO module to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on leveraging SAP FICO functionalities to optimize financial processes. Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP FICO implementation.2. Configure SAP FICO module based on business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.3. Conduct thorough testing of SAP FICO configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with business processes.4. Provide end-user training and support during SAP FICO implementation and post-go-live phases.5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers and Basis administrators, to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.6. Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, industry trends, and new functionalities to continuously improve system capabilities and enhance client satisfaction.7. Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in client meetings.8. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects within budget and scope. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.2. 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions.3. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and reporting capabilities.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.6. SAP FICO certification is preferred.7. Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a plus.8.
