Develop and Execute Technology Strategy :- Lead the development and execution of the overall technology strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives.- Identify opportunities for technological innovation and differentiation to enhance our service offerings.- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that can deliver tangible business value and competitive advantage.2. Team Leadership and Management :- Recruit, onboard, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.- Establish clear goals and KPIs for the technical team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving accountability.3. Product Development and Innovation :- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Drive the development of new features and functionalities that address market needs and drive customer satisfaction.4. Technical Excellence and Best Practices :- Champion technical excellence and best practices across the organization, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security protocols.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, and assess their potential impact on our business.- Lead by example through hands-on involvement in technical initiatives and projects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.5. Client Engagement and Satisfaction :- Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to understand client needs, gather feedback, and prioritize feature enhancements.- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding technical aspects of our solutions, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.- Continuously monitor and evaluate client satisfaction metrics, driving initiatives to improve the overall client experience.Qualifications :- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within a service-based company or SaaS environment.- Track record of successfully building and leading high-performing technical teams.- Strong expertise in software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and client satisfaction.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
