Responsibilities : - Strategic Vision : Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals to deliver substantial value.- Leadership Collaboration : Partner with the company's leadership team to secure organizational buy-in for product execution plans.- Cross-Functional Synergy : Work closely with engineering, data science, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to deliver strategies focused on customer needs.- Market Insights : Conduct comprehensive market research to keep pace with customer demands and technological advancements within the MarTech space.- Product Launch Excellence : Spearheaded new product launches in coordination with marketing and engineering teams, maximizing product impact.- Pricing and Promotion : Formulate strategies for pricing and promotions in collaboration with the marketing department.- Product Backlog Management : Oversee the product backlog, integrating feedback from various stakeholders to prioritize features effectively.- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics to bolster data-driven discussions and enhance engagement strategies of customer-facing teams.- Evangelism : Represent Wingify at industry conferences, events, and roadshows, engaging with influencers and key players in the MarTech field.- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their success through strategic partnerships with sales and customer success teams.- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the product team's representative during crucial interactions with customers, prospects, and partners.- Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Process Improvement : Establish clear product management objectives, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient operations within the team.Requirements :- Experience : Minimum 10 years in product management, with substantial leadership experience.- Technical Skills : Strong design and technical background.- Marketing Knowledge : Deep understanding of Digital Marketing or Conversion Optimization.- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university.- SaaS Proficiency : Proven track record managing SaaS-based products.- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
