Roles & Responsibility : - Hands-on technical project management experience any one of the following: Open-source technologybased solution, analytics, data migration, Cloud migration, SAP, AI/ ML, Azure technologies etc. project.- Should have experience in Business requirement gathering.- Should have experience in Implementation of minimum 3 projects in any one of the solutions like Opensource technology-based solution, analytics, data migration, Cloud migration, SAP, AI/ ML, Azure technologies etc.- Should have experience in analyzing the AS-IS and TO-BE processes of existing data system.- Good knowledge of Business Intelligent, Data warehouse, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure etc. related technologies is preferred.- Lead and participate across all the phases of software engineering, right from requirements gathering to GO LIVE- Lead team on solution architecture, effort estimation, manpower planning and resource (software/hardware/licensing) planning- Should have experience on client Handling and account Management.- Having good knowledge of team management.- Set clear objectives for the project and roles/responsibilities for each team member.- Make the team accountable for their tasks and help the team in achieving them.- Identify the requirements and come up with a plan for Skill Development for all team members.- Be the Single Point of Contact for the client in terms of day-to-day communication.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong systems level critical thinking skills- Projects Weekly status report- Should be able to manage more than one project simultaneously.
