Job Description : - The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and a strategic thinker, with the ability to support, develop and guide a team - Ability to collaborate in a team environment and live our Creators Code relevant experience of working in a Systems Engineering environment.- Hold a formal qualification such as degree within, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or another relevant subject.- Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering ideally with experience in Simulink, Stateflow- Excellent communicator and the ability to present technical ideas and issues to all levels of the company.- Effective change and configuration management skills- Ability to author and review requirements either through a model or through requirements defined in a structured format such as EARS.ADDITIONAL NICE TO HAVES :- Familiarity with Connected Mobility Systems or associated technology (Feature On-Demand, Vehicle to Anything V2X communication, Electronic Horizon, Machine learning)- Cyber security (ISO 21434)- Knowledge of Automotive Networks- Knowledge of Simulator (CarSim, Unreal, CarMaker, DriveSim)- Experience in Data Analysis using either python/Matlab- Six Sigma Knowledge & Techniques- Working experience of Agile methods and tools (ref:hirist.tech)
