About the Role :We are seeking a highly creative and innovative User Experience (UX) Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our user interfaces. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of AI-powered features, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated and deliver exceptional user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of UX design and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with AI experts to understand the capabilities of AI and explore potential integration opportunities within user interfaces.- Conceptualize and design innovative, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces that effectively leverage AI functionalities.- Translate design concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for user testing and feedback.- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility and smooth implementation of the designed UI components.- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, user experience design, and front-end development.- Foster a user-centric culture within the team and lead by example in prioritizing user needs.Qualifications :- At least 5 years of experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.- Proven experience in designing user interfaces that integrate AI functionalities or other emerging technologies.- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles and best practices.- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as React, HTML, and CSS.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and lead a team of designers and developers.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of user experience design.
