In addition to e-commerce, it is a major player in cloud computing through its cloud services division and has expanded into areas such as streaming services, artificial intelligence, and smart devices.Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting, ETL, and Hadoop data systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in building robust data pipelines, creating insightful reports, and troubleshooting pipeline issues. Proficiency in Python for automation tasks is essential, along with expertise in MySQL and SQL queries.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our systems.- Design and implement data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.- Create and optimize complex SQL queries to extract insights and generate reports for stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.- Utilize Python scripting for automation tasks, enhancing efficiency in data processing and analysis workflows.- Perform data quality assessments and implement strategies to address data integrity issues.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and ETL processes.- Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated expertise in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.- Strong programming skills in Python, with a focus on automation and data manipulation.- Extensive experience working with MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and maintenance.- Basic understanding of AWS services, particularly Redshift, for data warehousing and analytics.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.About VARITE: VARITE is a global staffing and IT consulting company providing technical consulting and team augmentation services to Fortune 500 Companies in USA, UK, CANADA and INDIA.
