About the Role :We are seeking a passionate and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and be a pioneer in the application of AI within the financial services industry. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and your understanding of finance to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that automate tasks, improve decision-making, and revolutionize financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial technology (FinTech) and contribute to building the world's first zero-human finance operation.Responsibilities :- Identify AI Integration Opportunities : Collaborate with financial analysts and business stakeholders to identify areas within existing financial systems where AI integration can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.- Design and Build AI Pipelines : Design and develop machine learning pipelines to automate key financial processes like transaction handling, invoicing, and reporting.- This may involve tasks such as data pre-processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.- Develop AI-powered Financial Tools : Build and deploy machine learning models to assist with advanced financial decision-making.- This may involve tasks such as fraud detection, risk assessment, algorithmic trading, and generating insightful financial forecasts.- Contribute to a Zero-Human Finance Operation : Play a key role in our ambitious goal of creating a fully automated financial system, leveraging machine learning to minimize human intervention and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications :- Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.- Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)- Proficiency in Python programming with experience in data analysis and manipulation (e.g., NumPy, Pandas)- Familiarity with cloud platforms for model deployment (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning) is a plus.- A demonstrated interest in the financial services industry (e.g., relevant coursework, certifications, or work experience) is a plus.- Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for data analysis or automation is a plus, but not required.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Location : Jaipur, Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
