Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer for Pune LocationExperience : Total 3+ Years of experience Notice Period : Immediate to 30 daysLocation - PuneJob Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically focused on Salesforce applications. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations through comprehensive testing and validation processes.Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce customizations and configurations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality of deliverables. - Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools. - Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues reported during testing. - Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects. - Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure effective testing strategies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrationsRequirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. - Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation, or similar. - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and changes in requirements.- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
