Role DescriptionA 'Software Engineer' is a young member of our software development teams. As an engineer of mobile apps, you will develop high quality mobile applications. If you're passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Mobile developer, you'll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment. This career establishing role exposes you to complex programming skills, design patterns and DevOps practices. Therefore, the role requires you to demonstrate ability to quickly learn a programming language and framework that you can use to build an A class mobile application. Alongwith, the role also requires very good analytical skills, ability to debug problems in an existing piece of code and work with other team members in a collaborative environment. This stage of career exposes you to independent contributor role where you are expected to work on specific problems in an independent manner with minimal assistance.Essential Duties- Designing, deploying and managing mobile applications that can run on multiple platform- A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping- Utilizing React Native to design and develop UI components for mobile app based on JavaScript- Using other JavaScript libraries (like "Redux" "Flux" "Flow") to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website/mobile app performance.- Strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state- Well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint, and so on- Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries- Work with native modules when required.Core Skills - React Native- JavaScript- Redux- JSX- Jest- ES6 and React- React Native Testing Library- Command of native IOS & Android Development (Swift/Objective-C/KotlinJava) (ref:hirist.tech)
