Description:
Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira- Designing, engineering, and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.- ServiceNow platform engineering (on premise) with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines.- Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.- A strong background of ServiceNow development- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial.- An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.- Able to work with accurately with a strong attention to detail.- Experience of significant on-premises Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines.- Experience with ServiceNow table structures and data model.
