Description:

This is a Permanent remote position. Mandatory Skills : Java/J2EE, HibernateRoles and Responsibilities :- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.- Advocate for best practices in software development and service delivery, including agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and TDD.- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across geographical locations in a matrixed organization.- Stay updated with industry trends to enhance development processes and service offerings.- Cultivate a culture of learning, growth, and productivity within the team.What You'll Need to Succeed :- 7-10 years of experience in software development using Java.- Experience in software solution development and delivery, preferably with a SaaS delivery model.- Proficiency in developing solutions based on a microservice architecture.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.- Track record of successful delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.- Knowledge of ORMs like Hibernate and RDMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.- Strong understanding of TDD, CI/CD, agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, and automation.- Experience developing enterprise business software backed by RBDMS.Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (ref:hirist.tech)
