Job Overview :We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to join our innovative team. This role is essential for developing, deploying, and optimizing generative AI models, with a special focus on creating effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will have a solid background in AI/ML technologies, experience with Generative AI applications, and the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable AI solutions.Must have :- Proficiency in programming languages - Python (primary), with knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and NodeJS beneficial.- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers) and understanding of Generative AI models, including LLMs.- Expertise in designing and implementing efficient prompts for Generative AI, with a focus on improving model performance, Guardrails, RAG, Prompting attacks evasion and user interaction.- Experience in integrating AI models with APIs and application servers (Flask, Django, FastAPI) for scalable AI applications.- Previous experience in Generative AI application development, especially in designing prompts for LLMs.- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) for managing AI model inputs and outputs.- Experience in Vector Databases, Vector Similarity Search, and Embedding models and frameworks.Good to have :- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) for deploying AI solutions.- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing intuitive user interfaces.- Exposure to Azure AI/ML stack and familiarity with healthcare-related projects or HIPAA compliance is advantageous- Experience in designing multi-lingual Generative AI applications is advantagesQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.- 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.- Type : Full Time- Location : Navi Mumbai (On-site)- Shift Timings : 11am-8pm IST- Experience : 6-8 Years- Notice Period : Upto 15 Days- Industry Background : Software- Educational Qualifications : Btech, Mtech, BE, MCAMust Have :- Prompt Engineering- Must Have- AI/ML Development- Must Have- LLM/OpenAI API - Must Have- API Integration (Flask, FASTAPI, Django)- Must Have- Vector Databases- Must Have- Code Versioning - Must Have- Proficiency in programming languages - PythonGood to have :- US Healthcare domain - Good to Have - DevOps and CI/CD PipelinesSkill required : Django/Flask, AI/ML, Python (ref:hirist.tech)
