Description:
Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in development and implementation using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. The candidate should be proficient in ANSI X12 and EDIFACT formats and have a strong track record of developing maps and business processes (BPs) to handle various transaction types. Additionally, experience in processing files in formats such as CSV, XML, positional, and flat files is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities :Development and Implementation :- Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to meet business requirements and objectives.- Customize and configure Sterling B2B Integrator components as per project needs, including map development, BP development, and configuration of trading partner setups.Transaction Processing :- Develop maps and business processes to handle various transaction types, including but not limited to purchase orders (850), invoices (810), advanced ship notices (856), and payment orders (820).- Ensure adherence to ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards while processing transactions, including data validation, transformation, and enrichment.File Format Handling :- Develop maps and business processes to process files in different formats, such as CSV, XML, positional, and flat files.- Implement parsing, validation, and transformation logic to extract data from files and integrate them into downstream systems.Integration and Interoperability :- Integrate IBM Sterling B2B Integrator with external systems, databases, and applications to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand integration requirements and implement scalable and robust solutions.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Sterling B2B Integrator solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported during testing or production deployment and implement timely resolutions.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :- Document technical specifications, design documents, and deployment instructions for Sterling B2B Integrator solutions.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders to foster continuous learning and improvement.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6-8 years of experience in development and implementation using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.- Proficiency in ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards for electronic data interchange (EDI).- Strong hands-on experience in developing maps and business processes within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.- Experience in processing files in formats such as CSV, XML, positional, and flat files.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications :- IBM Sterling B2B Integrator certification(s).- Experience with other B2B integration platforms and tools.- Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols and encryption standards.- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and technologies.
