We also offer data-driven solutions and AI-based products for businesses operating in a wide range of product categories and service domainsWhat are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus but not mandatory- 7+ years of development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Microservices.- Experience in building large-scale data-intensive applications using Kafka.- Knowledge of databases, performance optimization, container orchestration, service mesh, and API gateways.- Experience driving engineering excellence, code quality, and DevOps practices- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.What will you be doing?- Mentoring less experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.- Driving engineering excellence and code quality among fellow developers.- Enhancing CI/CD tools and pipelines for efficient software build and deployment.- Architecting and implementing large-scale data-intensive applications using Kafka.- Providing consultancy to clients and influencing best practices.- Making informed technology decisions on databases, performance optimization, etc.- Architecting and implementing large-scale data-intensive applications using Kafka.
