Job Description : - Business Analyst with 12 to 15+ years of Finacle experience (preferably Finacle 10x)- Strong knowledge in end to end flow of Deposits (CA,SA,TD,RD, TDS, SI etc (Liabilities) Modules.- Strong knowledge of FI-XML, API partnership is must.- Highly Techno-functional, experience in testing methodologies and banking domain is must - Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements (BRDs/FSDs).- Should be able to write detailed process documents whenever a new feature/change would be implemented in the system including API specification documents- Ability to independently run the project and manage the Senior stakeholders via meetings, regular project updates, executive updates etc- Ability to understand audit of the system and able to define corrective action plan.- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone to complete the program and project life cycle.- Manage scope throughout the project duration.- Possesses understanding in the areas of SQL Queries, API, database and system design- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards- Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed- Process mapping - process note preparation or operational redesign / improvement as requiredEducation and Work Experience Requirements : - BCA/MCA/BE/BTech/ MBA WORK EXPERIENCE- 12-15 years of relevant experience on Finacle- Exposure to Liabilities products is preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE :- 12-15 years of relevant experience on Finacle- Exposure to Liabilities products is preferred.Any specific requirements :- Must have Finacle experience.Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts- An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
