Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Python Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable Python applications.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and develop Python-based software solutions that meet business requirements.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Python development.- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.- Lead and contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4 to 7 years of experience in Python development.- Strong proficiency in Python, with a good understanding of its ecosystem.- Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, etc.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.
