Role : QA automationExp : 4 to 8 YearsLocation : Bangalore(WFO)Notice period : Immediate JoinerSkills : Java, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG,API Testing -Postman or REST Assured and API automation with Rest AssuredRole and Responsibility :Overview :We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer proficient in Java, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, API Testing (using Postman or REST Assured), and API Automation with REST Assured. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and executing automated tests to ensure software quality.Responsibilities :Test Automation :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.- Create and manage test automation frameworks.Unit Testing :- Write and execute unit tests using JUnit.- Ensure high code coverage and robustness.Integration Testing :- Configure and execute tests using TestNG for complex test scenarios.- Implement data-driven and parallel testing strategies.API Testing : - Develop and execute API test cases using Postman or REST Assured.- Validate API functionality, performance, and security.API Automation :- Automate API tests with REST Assured.- Integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.Collaboration :- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and improve test strategies.- Communicate test results and findings effectively.Documentation and Reporting :- Generate detailed test reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.- Document test cases, test plans, and test scripts.Qualifications :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Java programming.- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.- Strong knowledge of JUnit and TestNG frameworks.- Expertise in API testing using Postman and REST Assured.- Experience in API automation with REST Assured.Other Requirements :- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
