Description:
Job Description : The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our software products and web applications. This person will also work on other product installation and implementation projects as required.Responsibilities :- Supporting clients for the installed solutions- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention- Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps- Should have good written and verbal communication skills- Participation in providing training to customers as required- Data management for web applicationsRequirements :- Hands on experience with Ticket / Incident management using JIRA- Experience on managing JIRA Admin and JIRA Cloud- Experience on deployment of patches on hosted applications- Ability to work as L1 and L2 support role- Solid skills in database / SQL / MySQL / Oracle- Understanding of ERP systems- Experience of managing knowledgebase using Confluence or other tools (ref:hirist.tech)
