Job Description :- She/he will lead project delivery for one Scrum Team- She/he will manage all the Project end-to-end Ops (NOC Support)- The ideal candidate will be someone with 3-4 years of experience with 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management in Software development company/ies- Understanding and experience on Agile Methodology - Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile fundamentals should be experienced with Scrum and KANBAN methodologies- Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers- Working with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure a healthy product backlog - Facilitate refinements of Stories and maintaining the product backlog.- Should have good experience on following sprint ceremonies- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards- Oversee efforts to improve operational stability of team and software product by creating and monitoring operational dashboards to monitor and alert to system/platform problems and following up on action plans as a result of customer found issues.- Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized- Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcomeCustomer Management :- Should have worked and managed delivery for one customer team directly (interaction experience with customers is a MUST)- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Softskills :- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution- Excellent communication and mentoring skills- Able to prioritise tasks- High in energy, positive attitude- Ability to work with ambiguity and in a challenging environmentReporting - Sprint Planning, Sprint Reporting( Burndown/Burnup Charts), Quality Metrics, Utilization and Billing, Incident Reports, SLA Reports (ref:hirist.tech)
