Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Kafka to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications with a focus on Kafka integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet the business requirements.Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications with a strong emphasis on Kafka integration.- Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions to meet business needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliverables.- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Optimize application performance and scalability by fine-tuning Kafka configurations and implementing best practices.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and Kafka ecosystem.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka including topics, partitions, consumers, producers, and Kafka Connect.- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.- Experience with message queueing systems, stream processing, and event-driven architectures.- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
