Description:
Job Description :We are seeking a highly experienced API Architect to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with extensive experience as a Solution Architect. The candidate should have expertise in event-driven and API-led architecture, along with a solid understanding of various Azure technologies. Experience with Kafka, AKS, and designing and developing web API applications is essential. Exposure to order management functionality is preferable.Key Responsibilities :- Design and architect solutions using event-driven architecture (EDA) and API-led architecture.- Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus to develop scalable and efficient solutions.- Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and overall project management.- Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.- Utilize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for containerized application deployment and management.- Design and develop web API applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the architecture and development processes.- Document architectural decisions, solutions, and implementation plans.Qualifications :- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.- Proven experience in event-driven architecture (EDA) and API-led architecture.- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.- Hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container management.- Strong background in designing and developing web API applications.- Exposure to order management functionality is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Location : Remote (ref:hirist.tech)
