Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 6 years of dedicated Salesforce development expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce Object Model, along with proficiency in Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud, adhering to development standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, and Force.com.- Implement and optimize Salesforce integrations utilizing REST and SOAP APIs while ensuring data privacy and security.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and devise effective solutions.- Adhere to coding standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years focused on Salesforce development.- Proficiency in Salesforce Object Model, Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud, and development standards.- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, and Force.com.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, with a strong emphasis on data privacy and security.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :- Salesforce Certifications : Administrator (ADM), Platform Developer 1 (PD1), Platform Developer 2 (PD2), App Builder, JavaScript Developer 1.
