Description:
Responsibilities :- Leadership : Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.- Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of backend projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.- Technical Design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs that meet business requirements.- Development : Hands-on development of backend solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.- Code Review : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.- Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in backend systems through optimization and tuning.- Troubleshooting : Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex backend issues and challenges.- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and developer guides.- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience (6+ years) as a backend developer, with a strong understanding of backend technologies such as [list technologies relevant to your stack, e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc.].- Previous experience (3+ years) in a leadership or managerial role, preferably leading a team of backend developers.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Certifications in relevant technologies : - AWS Certified Developer.- Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate) is advantageous.- Any experience with AI technologies will be a huge advantage.
