Experience : 7+ yearsJob Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Lead React.js + Next.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our projects meet high standards of usability and functionality.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 7+ years of professional experience in web development.- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.- Expertise in Redux for state management.- Proficiency in TypeScript.- Significant experience with Next.js framework.- Solid understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, etc.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).- Familiarity with GraphQL.- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.- Prior experience in leading development teams.- Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
