Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.Total Years of Experience : 3-5 YearsRelevant Years of Experience : 3-5 YearsMandatory Skills : Kotlin Job Description : - Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.- Proficient in Kotlin.- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming- 3+ years of experience building applications on the Android platforms using KOTLIN.- Solid background in Android UI, Android SDK, Android design and architecture components.- Solid background writing automated unit tests Comfortable working with Git, Jenkins and Jira.- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle etc. Familiarity with Jenkins and continuous integration pipelines- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and changes in requirements.- Strong understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines, and experience working with designers to implement attractive user interfaces.- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge Android mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements and designs into high-quality code.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks to improve application stability and performance- Continuously optimize application performance, including startup time, memory usage, and battery consumption- Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability of the application.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and technical designs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Android developmentAdditional Preferred Skill :- Experience with Android Jetpack components (e.g., ViewModel, LiveData, Room)- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger- Experience with reactive programming libraries like RxJava or Kotlin Coroutines- Familiarity with Firebase platform services for mobile app development.- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.- Previous experience in publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store.
