Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into scalable software solutions 3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code 4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members 5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 6. Implement security and data protection measures. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development. Mandatory Skills : MongoDB, Expressjs, React, Node, API, SQLQualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2. 2+ years of experience working with the MERN stack 3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies 4. Experience with frontend libraries/frameworks such as React.js 5. Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js and Node.js 6. Strong understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases 7. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git 8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills 9. Strong communication and collaboration skills 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 11. Experience with Redux or other state management libraries 12. Experience any CSS frameworks like Tailwind, MUI or Bootstrap. Nice to Have : 1. Experience with additional frontend libraries/frameworks such as Redux or Angular 2. Knowledge of TypeScript 3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure 4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 5. Experience with additional frontend frameworks such as VueJs or Angular 6. Experienced to write unit testing. 7. Experience with additional Backend libraries/frameworks such as NestJs. 8. Knowledge of Unit Test using Jest, Mocha-Chai (ref:hirist.tech)
