JD: SAP GTS : We are looking for SAP GTS- Lead Consultant.Job Title : SAP GTS Lead consultant. Location : Experience : 8+ years. Requirements : - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a SAP GTS professional, with a focus on implementation and support.- Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and commodity trading processes.- Proficiency in SAP GTS configuration, including customs management, embargo checks, sanctioned party list screening, and preference processing.- Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.Roles and Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GTS modules to meet business requirements.- Customize and enhance functionalities as necessary.Deployment and Management : - Oversee GTS deployment, whether on-premises or in the cloud.- Manage comprehensive import and export processes, including free-trade agreements and customs procedures.- Implement self-filing capabilities and facilitate broker communication.Integration Management : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP) and third-party systems for seamless data flow.Trade Compliance Expertise : - Provide expertise in trade compliance regulations, including import/export controls, customs management, embargo checks, and sanctioned party list screening.- Configure SAP GTS to automate compliance processes and ensure regulatory adherence.Business Process Optimization : - Analyze existing global trade and commodity trading processes.- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements using SAP GTS solutions.Training and Support : - Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on SAP GTS functionalities and best practices.- Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing system enhancements.Documentation and Reporting : - Create detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.- Generate reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools to provide insights into trade compliance, risk exposure, and trading activities.Preferred Qualifications : - SAP certification in GTS (Global Trade Services).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.- Knowledge of at least one industry-specific regulations and standards.
