Salary: 25-30K per month Location: Andheri West MumbaiJoining: ImmediateReporting Manager: General ManagerRoles & Responsibility Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels (Instagram/ website/ walk ins) Responding promptly to customer inquiries in calls. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in excel in an organized manner and presenting reports to Manager weekly. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Interpersonal Skills required-Proactive , Self-driven, Self-Lerner, team player, ready to work in dynamic and challenging environment.Result oriented & willing to contribute and add value.
