Role: Associate Manager Experience: 2-4 years Salary Band: 6.6-8 LPALocations: Pune/Bangalore/Delhi---------------------------------------------------------- About Haqdarshak Simply put, we are bridging the information and access gap between citizens and social security schemes (both government and private) using tech and a network of field agents known as Haqdarshaks (who are primarily women). Our Haqdarshaks are extensively trained in both government schemes and the on-field implementation of programmes. They are also trained on how to liaise with government officials and bank officials. For the services they provide, they make a commission which makes them financially independent. On our social media channels, we have featured several stories of women who have not only gained financial agency but also an identity after working with us. We partner with corporates, CSR departments, philanthropies, family offices, and even government offices to design and implement programs on the field. We have been around for almost 7 years . We are present in more than 24 states . We have unlocked benefits worth over INR 4,000 crore for over 27 lakh Indian citizens . We have multiple digital portals (including two apps,one for citizens and one for our agents) where we have stored information on government schemes in 11 vernacular languages (currently working on re-skinning these apps). We are also working on scaling our latest offerings, Yojana Cards and Yojana Kendras . These are set to forever alter how citizens access welfare services in India. Be responsible for on ground implementation of the project in assigned districts for delivery of benefits under various schemes to target beneficiary with the help of technology . You will hit the ground running with us, theres a lot to be done every day. Your Role Undertake research activities to understand government schemes across Indian states, study the dynamics of departments that are involved in formulation, implementation and evaluation of policies around such schemes. Maintain a comprehensive database of most up to date schemes on a low code platform and ensure the quality standards are met Writing research specifications and supporting teams with implementation plans by sharing evidence based key insights To test periodically and share the insights with the delivery team for informed execution Being well-versed with project requirements, objectives and research reference terms in coordination with other verticals such as sales, client account management, operations etc. Interviewing members of the public/ government departments and community members, as required Using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to deduce key insights Analyzing and interpreting data from field to devise strategies for better project execution Collaborating with senior leadership to understand business strategies and build a team that can support the organizational goals Coordination and dialogue between various external and internal stakeholders for smooth implementation of projects and programs Preparing and tracking regular progress reports of various organizational deliverables, as required Your Qualification and Skill We are Project management, PG in public policy/ rural development/development management, Have around 3-7 years of experience across disciplines such as rural development, Community development, migration issues, urban poverty, financial inclusion, project designs and impact evaluation. Experience in government advisory/ consulting/ research, added advantage Knowledge and experience of social research methods, primary and secondary research techniques, quantitative data analysis (added advantage) MS office excellency, knowledge of data analysis tools Be willing to travel across the country in the remotest locations Have excellent communication skills, fluent in English language and regional language Be comfortable in working in diverse cultural settings The ability to communicate confidently with people in influential positions as well as communities. Be comfortable with data and show ability to articulate the story behind the data (Intermediate Advanced excel and data visualization tools proficiency is desirable) Other Thingsto Expect Five-Day workweek. You will use these insights to create better touchpoints that get the job done. You will need to get your hands dirty. You will be a part of a sub-team with a designer, another writer/journalist, and a video editor which means you will be working across disciplines.
