Key Skills : - RDBMS concepts, SQL, Data Modeling, Python, Qlik- Qlik Sense, Agile / Scrum, JIRA, BFSI, Confluence- Stakeholder Management, Requirement Gathering- Dashboards, Visualizations , Data Analytics- Business Intelligence, Qlik Management ConsolJob Description :Must-Have :- 4-6 years of professional experience in a Business Intelligence role (as a data analytics member, domain explorer, Business or Data Analysis role that includes building data interpretation)- Expert in building visualizations in Qlik and well versed with Storytelling in Qlik- Experienced in development of Qlik Sense and QlikView based reports using Qlik Nprinting- BFSI Domain knowledge- Understanding and Defining stakeholder / business problems, requirements elicitation and requirement prioritization- Strong understanding of RDBMS - normalization concepts, SQL, Python- Should have worked into Data Space project having good understanding of Data Models like Snowflake, Star Schema and conceptual understanding of Data Warehouse, Big Data, Dimensional Modeling, Hadoop- A good understanding of the best practices and business processes.- Exposure of working in Agile framework.- Strong business acumen with ability to identify and communicate trends & insights in a timely manner.- Ability to build relationships and trust across Analytics user community.- Must be able to integrate quickly into the team, work independently towards team goals and take end to end responsibility of the task- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes.- Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made.. Work with Business Analysts on requirement gathering and prioritization- Drive the design and wire framing of the dashboard for socialization with stakeholders- Work with Data Analysts and Engineers on a data model for the dashboard- Perform the implementation of a QlikSense dashboard- Support testing, fixes, maintenance, enchantements, et.- Tools: JIRA, ConfluenceGood To Have :- Exposure to Hadoop, Hive, ETL- Exposure of any cloud services like AWS or GCP or Azure.Role & Responsibilities :- Take complete responsibility for the sprint stories' execution.- Must be having team leading skills and stakeholder management.- Understand the business from the project stakeholders and help the development team understand the business flow and impact of the features being developed.- Understand the business requirements and break the requirements into simpler stories and tasks and do the necessary mapping of the tasks to the logical model of the solutions.- Mapping of business entities to technical attributes with the logic for transformation defined clearly.- Be accountable for the delivery of the tasks in the defined timelines with good quality.- Follow the processes for project execution and delivery.- Follow agile methodology.- Work with the team leads / clients closely and contribute towards the smooth delivery of the project.- Understand / define the architecture and discuss the pros-cons of the same with the team.- Involve in the brainstorming sessions and suggest improvements in the architecture/design.- Working with other teams leads to getting the architecture/design reviewed.- Keep all the stakeholders updated about the project/task status/risks/issues if there are any.
