Job Description :Requirements :- Experience owning multi-month long projects : Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, communicate progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.- Computer science fundamentals and systems design : Strong understanding of computer science principles and ability to design scalable systems.- Creative problem-solving : Ability to be creative and resourceful when faced with ambiguous technical challenges.- Strong communication skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.- Comfortable with planning meetings and participating in code reviews.Desired Qualifications :- 3-5 years of professional engineering experience: Hands-on experience in a collaborative product-driven environment with a focus on Golang development. - Excitement for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies: Passion for blockchain technology, web3, and similar decentralized technologies.- Experience working in distributed teams: Previous experience working with a team located across multiple time zones.Our Stack :Core : GolangSometimes : Typescript, Rust, SolidityResponsibilities :- Project Ownership : Take ownership of multi-month long projects, managing progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.- Systems Design : Utilize strong computer science fundamentals to design scalable and efficient systems.- Problem Solving : Be creative and resourceful in solving ambiguous technical challenges encountered during project development.- Communication : Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
