AQUASoft is a software development company that specializes in creating custom-made products and software solutions for various clients, including Fortune 500 giants and medium-sized businesses.- Our team of highly skilled and experienced software engineers across two continents utilize the latest frameworks and state-of-the-art technologies to build robust, scalable, secure software solutions.- We are an equal opportunity employer.- We invest in people and our hiring process is solely based on qualifications, skillset, and business needs.Responsibilities : We are searching for new colleagues for full-time positions as Lead Python Developer with experience in Ansible Playbook Development, Python Development, Java Development (nice to have).Qualifications :- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering - Development.- Strong experience in Ansible Playbook Development.- Strong Python Development experience.- Nice to have knowledge of Java Development.- English language at an advanced level.Key Responsibilities :- Python Development : Lead the development and maintenance of Python applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Ansible Playbook Development : Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks for automating infrastructure and application deployments. - Code Review and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adhere to best practices. - Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and other development teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Testing and Debugging : Develop and execute tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. - Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise. - Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and tools. - Performance Optimization : Identify and implement performance improvements in both the applications and the development processes.Technical Skills :Python Development : - Proficiency in Python programming.- Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).- Knowledge of best practices in Python coding and performance optimization.Ansible Playbook Development : - Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Ansible playbooks.- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.- Experience with automating infrastructure and application deployments.Testing and Debugging : - Strong skills in developing and executing tests (unit tests, integration tests).- Proficiency in debugging and resolving technical issues.- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest).Performance Optimization : - Ability to identify and implement performance improvements in applications.- Experience with profiling and optimizing code and processes.Soft Skills :Code Review and Quality Assurance : - Experience conducting thorough code reviews.- Strong understanding of code quality standards and best practices.Team Collaboration : - Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, other developers).- Effective communication to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Mentorship : - Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.- Ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Documentation : - Skill in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and tools.Additional Skills (Optional but Beneficial) :- DevOps Knowledge - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with other automation and configuration management tools.- Version Control Systems - Proficiency with version control systems like Git.- Agile Methodologies - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
