Job Description :Requirements :- Professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven environment : Demonstrated track record of working in engineering roles within a collaborative and product-driven environment.- Experience owning communication of project progress : Experience in owning and effectively communicating project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.- Computer science fundamentals and systems design : Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and experience in systems design.- Ability to be creative and resourceful : Demonstrated ability to be creative and resourceful when tackling ambiguous technical challenges.- At least 8+ years of professional development experience : Minimum of 8 years of professional development experience, preferably in a software engineering role.Desired Qualifications : - Experience with Golang: Proficiency in Golang programming language.- Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, Postgres, Terraform, AWS.- Experience in blockchain and Web 3. 0 technologies: Previous experience as a web3 developer and/or as a backend service developer in blockchain and other Web 3. 0 technologies.- Experience in building distributed systems: Previous experience in building distributed systems.- Experience contributing to the open-source community: Experience in contributing to the open-source community.- Experience working with a team located across multiple time zones: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team located across multiple time zones.Our Stack :- Primary Technologies: Golang, TypeScript, Solidity, Postgres.- Infrastructure : Terraform, AWS.Responsibilities :- Software Development : Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Golang and other relevant technologies.- Project Communication : Own and effectively communicate project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.- Systems Design : Contribute to the design and architecture of systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.- Creative Problem Solving : Be creative and resourceful in addressing technical challenges and finding innovative solutions.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that meet business needs.- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with advancements in technology, continuously improving skills, and contributing to the growth of the team.- Contribution to Open Source : Contribute to the open-source community, sharing knowledge and expertise with the broader developer community.Location : India, Remote (ref:hirist.tech)
