SAP IAS/IPS Consultant - Support & Implementation (7-10 yrs)

Description:
RED is currently seeking a SAP IAS IPS Consultant for an initial 52 weeks contract Must work : EST hours (2nd shift/12am to 8am IST). SAP IAS IPS consultant needed to assist our client with ongoing break/fix and enhancement work. The successful consultant should have at least :- 7 years of SAP Security and authorizations experience.- 1 full life cycle project involving IAS.- SailPoint access experience in addition to SAP.Key Responsibilities : SAP Security and Authorizations : - Manage and support SAP security and authorization processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Perform security audits and maintain security documentation. Implementation and Enhancement : - Assist with ongoing break/fix and enhancement work for SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS). - Provide expert guidance and hands-on support during the implementation of IAS/IPS solutions. - Develop and enhance SAP security roles and profiles to meet business requirements. Lifecycle Management : - Manage the full lifecycle of SAP IAS/IPS projects, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment. - Participate in at least one full life cycle project involving IAS, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. Integration and Access Management : - Integrate SAP IAS/IPS with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless access management. Utilize SailPoint for comprehensive access governance and identity management. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration and access issues promptly. Collaboration and Support : - Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure cohesive security strategies. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP security and IAS/IPS functionalities. Communication and Collaboration :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Skills : - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP security and authorizations. - Proven experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS). - Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle project involving IAS. Proficiency in SailPoint for access management and identity governance. Experience : - 7 - 10 years of experience in SAP security and authorizations. - Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance SAP IAS/IPS environments. - Experience with integration and management of access using SailPoint in addition to SAP. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve security issues. - Ability to develop and implement effective security solutions. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory ) :- SAP certification in security and authorizations. - Relevant certifications in identity and access management, such as SailPoint. Work Environment : Full-time position. Potential for remote work with occasional travel to client sites as needed. (ref:hirist.tech)
