Not only the pure technical usage, also implementing the SolMan Solutions.- Must manage SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.- Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.- Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.- Experienced in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.0 and 7.1.or 7.2 - Experienced in Technical Tasks Customization and operation of the SAP SolMan modules - Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting BPM - Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting BPM - Experienced in Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM - Experienced in Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System - Strong relationship building and collaboration skills - Very good customer communication ability - Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams; Very good team player.About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Solution Manager Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in managing and optimizing our SAP landscape. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive solutions that streamline our SAP operations and enhance system performance. Responsibilities : - Analyze business needs and design customized SolMan implementations to meet specific requirements. - Manage the entire SAP SolMan implementation lifecycle, from project planning and change management to configuration and deployment. - Oversee change requests and ensure smooth transport of changes from development to production environments. - Manage key SolMan functionalities, including : SAP Operations (monitoring, alerts) System Landscape Information (SLI) IT Task - Management and Goal Achievement Process (ITSM & GAP) Template Management Test Management - Optimize the performance of systems connected to the SolMan system for improved efficiency. - Configure and support SAP SolMan 7.0, 7.1, or 7.2 functionalities. - Possess advanced expertise in customizing and operating various SolMan modules. - Experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining Business Process Management (BPM) within SolMan. - Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Maintain a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
